Heqavo does not guarantee any particular outcome. In particular, we do not guarantee:

• Search rankings
• Advertising performance
• Revenue
• Legal accessibility compliance
• Trademark clearance
• AI tool recommendations
• Complete accuracy

Reports are based on public signals at the time of the scan and may be incomplete or change over time.

When using Heqavo, you agree to the following:

• Do not abuse, scrape, attack, or overload the service.
• Only submit websites you own or have permission to assess, or publicly available business websites for legitimate evaluation.
• Use reports and recommendations responsibly — you decide how to act on them.

We may change, add, or discontinue features at any time. Future paid features will have their own pricing and refund terms, which will be presented when those features launch.

Heqavo is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heqavo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on a report. Your use of Heqavo and any recommendations is at your own discretion and risk.
